• Both a 2-night stay at the same hotel or 2 single stays at multiple hotels are counted.
• Staying at the same hotel for 2 nights or at different hotels for 2 nights counts the same.
  • If your stay exceeds the eligible number of nights for the draw, you will be entered into all previous draws. For example, if you stayed at a hotel for 6+ nights, you will be eligible for the 10,000-point draw. If you don’t win the 10,000-point draw, you will be entered into the 5,000-point draw and the 1,000-point draw. If you don’t win any of the above draws, you will still earn 100 points.
• Winners for each prize will be selected only once after the promotion period.
• Eligible booking channels include official websites (excluding air and hotel packages), hotel direct, or the Okura Nikko Hotels Reservation Center.

Terms & Conditions

Promotion Registration

• Promotion registration can be completed only on this page.
• Please complete your registration one day prior to checking in. You must register by 11:59 p.m. in the local time of the hotel you’re staying at. Registrations made after the check-in date are not valid for the promotion.
• Once registered, all your stays during the promotion period will be automatically eligible.

Bonus Points and Draw

• Once registered, you will earn bonus points on all subsequent stays during the promotion period, except for stays at Karasuma Kyoto Hotel.
• To be eligible for this promotion, your booking must be made through one of our eligible channels:official websites (excluding air and hotel packages), hotel direct bookings, or the Okura Nikko Hotels Reservation Center.
• Points are only accumulated when the payment is made by the member who registered for the program.
• Winners will be notified by points being added to their account.
• Loyal & Exclusive member bonus points and promotional bonus points cannot be earned simultaneously
• Bonus points will be credited in December 2024.
• Present your membership card or digital membership card at check-in.
• Inquiries about the draw cannot be accepted at this time.
