The hotel will be located adjacent to the dynamic Tenjin area, which is being revitalized as part of Fukuoka City’s urban redevelopment project “Tenjin Big Bang”, and will offer easy access from Fukuoka airport as well as from the city’s Hakata shinkansen station.
The Tenjin Big Bang project will create new commercial facilities and employment, enhancing Fukuoka’s attractiveness as a hub for the Asia region. The city aims to complete the reconstruction of offices and commercial facilities there by 2024, creating a comfortable and vibrant urban quarter. This project is expected to revitalize the area around Tenjin and further enhance the attractiveness of Fukuoka not only for business travelers but also for tourists from all over the world.
