◇◆壮観な屏風絵を見ながら／Spectacular art on Japanese folding screens◆◇
　
本日から3回にわたってご紹介する「ホテルで感じる秋」。初回は「ホテル日航福岡」の鉄板焼銀杏のワンシーンです。カウンター席の奥には、壁一面を覆うほど大きな屏風絵の一隻が飾られています。宮崎出身のアーティスト・立山周平氏による作品で、色づく木々が雄大な山々を秋色に染める様子を描いた迫力ある屏風絵。お食事の合間にじっと見入ってしまうことでしょう。
　
銀杏では今月末まで旬のアラ（クエ）とブランド食材・佐賀牛をふんだんにとり入れた期間限定コースをご提供中です。ホテル館内で、季節の食材だけでなく、設えからも秋を感じる瞬間をお楽しみください。

先月開業20周年を迎えた「ホテル日航プリンセス京都」。ヨーロピアンスタイルのロビーはフォトスポットとしても人気で、総大理石造りの大階段はホテルの象徴です。天井から下がるシャンデリアは、全長2.69ｍ・全幅2.0ｍ・重量230kgの大きさを誇り、華やかな光がロビー全体をつつみ込みます。
大階段の下には京都の地下水脈からくみ上げた水の湧く噴水「幸福の泉」が。投げ入れられたコインは社会的養護が必要な子ども達のための児童養護施設などに寄付しています。

The European-style lobby at @hotelnikkoprincesskyoto has been welcoming guests for over 20 years, with its iconic marble staircase and light from a huge chandelier enchanting the entire space.

メニューには寒くなってきたこの時期にうれしい、身体がじんわりとあたたまる旬魚の土瓶蒸しやべっこう餡をかけた蓮根饅頭にくわえ、秋は特に脂が乗るかますの柚庵焼、紅葉鯛と車海老のみぞれ鍋など、旬を迎えた食材のおいしさを引き出した品々が並びます。秋を映したように美しく仕立てられた料理で、食欲の秋を楽しんでみてはいかがでしょうか？
　
　
This month the Japanese restaurant Yoshino at @hotelnikkonara is offering superb Koyo-Kaiseki cuisine (literally “autumn leaf dinner” – kaiseki is a luxurious option of Japanese course). 🍁
　
The dinner features a variety of warm seasonal delights to stave off the cold, including steamed fish in earthenware pots and lotus root buns with red bean paste, as well as plump grilled barracuda and red sea bream and tiger prawns in a special hotpot broth.
