Please enjoy freshly made omelets and fried eggs made at the live kitchen. We use the signature koshihikari rice, with a slight sweetness and a delicate taste, from Tako Town in Chiba. We also offer a wide variety of Japanese and Western food at our breakfast buffet.
”Inari Sushi”, made with tofu from a long-established tofu shop in Kawasaki that has been in business for over 100 years, is now available at our breakfast buffet. The juicy fried bean curd is used to prepare not only the standard Inari Sushi, but also seasonal Inari Sushi using ingredients from Kanagawa Prefecture. Enjoy the sweet, savory, nostalgic taste of delicious inari sushi for breakfast.
