Located on the 8th floor and above, the rooms on the Precious Floor are filled with bright sunlight through wide-open windows, creating a relaxing space that blends in with the nature of Awaji Island. Chairs and table are placed on the balcony overlooking the rich nature of the island and the Seto Inland Sea, where you can enjoy in-room breakfast with a choice of Japanese or American breakfast. Refresh your mind and body in this special moment away from everyday life.
Wide variety of in-room menus are available, including French style with three types of bread, American style with a choice of eggs or meat, Japanese bento, Chinese with dim sum, or healthy breakfast. Local ingredients like fresh seasonal fruits and fish are used in our dishes. Taro, known as one of the local staples, is used in our bakery selections and desserts.
Enjoy traditional Kyoto style breakfast, while admiring the beautiful borrowed scenery of Higashiyama. Each dish is prepared with the utmost care and attention to detail by our chefs. Tsukudani (food boiled in soy sauce and sugar) made from seasonal ingredients and sansho (Japanese pepper) flavored “ojako” are homemade. We always add one of Kyoto’s representative seasonal ingredients such as yuba (bean curd skin) and kyoyasai (Kyoto vegetables).
Please enjoy the famous Miyama yogurt, made only from fresh milk and paired with homemade jam. The colorful vegetable garden-style salad is served with a homemade dressing made with Saikyo miso, which brings out the powerful natural flavor of the salad. Our famous Miyama heirloom eggs are used Japanese-style rolled omelette (dashimaki tamago)
Morning at Nikko Style Nagoya starts with a meal full of ingredients that are carefully selected and produced by the local farmers. We offer a choice of four main plates: three types of Western-style plates using locally produced high-quality eggs, and a Japanese-style set meals limited to 30 servings per day. In addition to the main plates, fresh salads, fruits, and sweets are served buffet style. Please also enjoy the morning blend by TRUNK COFFEE.
